It describes how this validation build handles data in plain language. It is not final legal advice, has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and will be replaced by a reviewed policy before any paid customer is onboarded.
What we store
Account details (name, email, organization), the operational records you create (sites, handoffs, acknowledgments, issues, comments, incident reports), support requests you send us, and billing state. Incident narratives may contain sensitive details — write only what your own policies allow.
Who can see it
Records belong to your organization. Access is enforced on the server per request: members of one organization cannot read or write another organization's records, and guards are limited to the sites assigned to them.
Sample data
A new workspace is seeded with fictional sample records so the product can be evaluated. Organization admins can clear them at any time from Settings. Never enter real customer, guard or site information into the demo records.
Service providers
The application runs on the Base44 platform (authentication, database and hosting) and uses Stripe for subscription billing in test mode during validation. No advertising, profiling or data-selling arrangements exist.
Your requests
Organization admins can rename or clear their organization data, and can request deletion of the organization and its records by sending a support request. We respond to those requests manually during validation.
